If your product is not the right fit, request a refund within 14 days of the original payment. The guarantee includes a purchased branding and configuration add-on.
Request your refund
Sign in to your product library using your purchase email, choose the purchase, and select Request a refund. Tell us briefly what did not work for you. You can also open a support request from your library.
How it is returned
Approved refunds return to the original payment method, up to the amount paid. Your bank or payment provider determines when the returned payment appears. Duplicate requests never create duplicate refunds.
After a refund
Online access and the license for the refunded product end. Stop using its downloaded files and templates. Repeated or suspected abusive requests may require a support review.
